Is telehealth as effective as in-person psychiatric care?
Yes. Research consistently shows that telehealth psychiatric care produces comparable outcomes to in-person care. For many clients, the comfort of their own environment improves engagement and consistency.
What technology do I need for a session?
Any smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone. We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform and send you a simple link before your appointment.
How do I get prescriptions through telehealth?
All prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy. We use DEA-compliant electronic prescribing for controlled substances with two-factor authentication.
Can you prescribe medication for my teenager?
Yes. We serve adolescents ages 12 and older. Parental or guardian consent is required before initiating any treatment, and we involve families throughout the care process.
What if I'm in a mental health crisis?
If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or go to your nearest ER. You can also call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line).
How soon can I get an appointment?
New client appointments are typically available within 1–2 weeks of completing intake paperwork. We do our best to accommodate urgent needs.

Your Good Faith Estimate will be provided at least one business day before your scheduled service.
